Yes! You have the ability to edit an employer-sponsored claim before it’s reviewed by Forma’s claims team.
Once the claim is reviewed with an 'Approved' or 'Rejected' status, it cannot be edited. If your claim is rejected because it is missing information, please submit a new claim or resubmit by following these steps: How do I resubmit a rejected claim? Follow the steps below to edit your claim.
- Log into Forma on the web and navigate to the claims page.
- Select the pending claim you would like to edit.
- Click the “Edit” button to edit the details of the claim or you can click “Delete claim” to delete it.
If editing a claim, a window opens from the side where you can edit any details of the claims, including removing or uploading a receipt.
Or, you can delete the claim and it will be removed from the list.
Note: This feature is currently available on the web. Claims can’t be modified once it’s been opened by a claims reviewer.
