Yes! You can edit an employer-sponsored claim before it’s reviewed by Forma. Once the claim is reviewed with an 'Approved' or 'Rejected' status, it cannot be edited. This feature is only available on the web.

Follow the steps below to edit your claim. This feature is only available on the web.
- Log into Forma on the web and navigate to the claims page.
- Select the pending claim you would like to edit.
- Click the “Edit” button to edit the details of the claim. You can also delete your claim to remove it completely.
Selecting "Edit" will open a window allowing you to edit any of the claim details.
