How reimbursements are paid
Direct deposit
- Approved reimbursements are processed on Mondays and Thursdays following claim approval.
- Funds typically arrive within 5 business days after processing.
- Newly linked bank accounts may take longer.
Payroll reimbursement
- Reimbursements are paid according to your employer's payroll schedule. Refer to your program policy for more details.
If you're using a reimbursement plan
A reimbursement plan is when you submit a claim for an amount greater than the available balance of your benefit. If the claim is approved, you’ll be reimbursed in installments until you receive the entire amount. Please check your company's policy to see if reimbursement plans are enabled. Yes. Forma will email you once your claim has been reviewed. You'll receive a notification whether your claim is approved or rejected.
