Before you submit a claim
- If you've already submitted eligible claims but haven't linked your bank account, any pending reimbursements will be processed automatically after your bank account is successfully linked.
- If you have not yet submitted a claim, you must link your bank account before submitting one.

Reimbursement timeline
Once your eligible pre-tax claim is approved, reimbursement is sent via direct deposit. Forma processes approved reimbursements on Mondays and Thursdays, and funds are typically deposited into your linked bank account within 5 business days of the processing date.
Claim status definitions
- Submitted: Your claim has been received by Forma and is awaiting review.
- Approved: Your claim has been reviewed and approved for reimbursement.
- Processing: Your reimbursement has been scheduled for payment and is expected to be processed on the next Monday or Thursday.
- Reimbursed: Your reimbursement has been processed and is typically deposited into your bank account within 5 business days of the processing date.
Note: Forma does not issue paper checks for reimbursements. All reimbursements are paid via direct deposit to your linked bank account.
