You can add your physical or virtual employer-sponsored card or physical pre-tax Forma Card to your mobile wallet to pay on-the-go directly from your phone—compatible with both iOS and Android.
iOs setup
To add the Forma Card to your mobile wallet on iOs:
- Open the wallet app on your mobile device
- Select the “+” button in the top right corner to add a card to your mobile wallet
- Under Card Type, select Credit or Debit
- Enter the card details from the card settings page in your Forma account
- Your Forma card is ready to be used from your mobile wallet!
Android setup
To add the Forma Card to your mobile wallet on Android:
- Open the wallet app on your mobile device
- Select ‘Add a card’
- Select “New credit or debit card”
- Enter the card details from the card settings page in your Forma account
- Enter the name and address associated with the card
- Select “Save and continue”
- Select verification method (SMS or email)
- Select “Continue”
- Your Forma Card is ready to be used from your mobile wallet!
