Forma will automatically send notifications to you about the following:
- Claims and transactions - notifications about the status of submitted claims and card transactions
- New and expiring benefits - reminders when your benefit funds renew or are about to expire
You can opt-out of some or all of these notifications from your Forma account.
Follow the steps below to manage notifications:
- Log into your Forma account
- Navigate to your profile
- Select “View or edit profile”
- Under account settings, click “Notifications”
Use the checkboxes to manage the types of notifications to receive from Forma.
- Push notifications - a short message that appears as a pop-up on your desktop browser, mobile home screen, or in your device notification center from a mobile app
- NOTE: You must allow Forma app notifications to receive them on your device.
- Email - messages to your work email address
- SMS - text messages to your mobile device
- NOTE: You must add your mobile number within your Forma Account to receive SMS
