This feature currently has limited availability.
The information within your Forma account can be translated from English into the following languages:
- French (CA)
- German
- Spanish
- Arabic
- Japanese
- Korean
- Simplified Chinese
- Bahasa
- French (FR)
To change the language display within your Forma account, follow the instructions below. Note that once you update your language preference on mobile or web, the other application will automatically update to your preferred language. You may follow the same steps to change it back to English if desired.
Mobile Application
- Login to Forma > Settings
- Select “Profile” > “Additional Information”
- Select your preferred language (no need to save, the app will update automatically when you select your preferred language)
Web Application
- Login to Forma > view or edit profile > profile
- Under the “Additional Information” section click “edit”
- Use the “select a preferred language” dropdown menu to select a language
- Click “Save”
What else will be translated into my preferred language?
Once you set your language preference, the web and mobile applications as well as the Help Center and some transactional emails will be set to your specified language.
Are there things that will not be translated into my preferred language?
Forma will continue to work on enhancements to language localization. Currently the support chat, Forma store product details, program policies, and text messages from Forma are only supported in English.
