If you’re having trouble, receiving an error, or unable to load a certain page while using Forma, there might be an issue with your browser. These are some common fixes for browser problems that you should try first:

Forma is optimized for use with the Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox browsers. Use one of these browsers for the best performance, and make sure it’s updated to its latest version.
- Clear your browser cache, local storage, and cookies.

Hard refresh your browser by following the steps below:
- Mac: Command + R
- PC: Ctrl + F5
If you're having trouble submitting a claim or uploading card transaction receipts, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- If using a web browser, close out of all Forma windows or restart your browser. If that doesn't work, restart your computer/device
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Double-check that the receipt file is the correct format and size. Forma accepts the following formats: JPEG, PNG, PDF, HEIC, and up to 10 MB per document (30 MB total)
