Each Forma Store vendor has their own policy on returns and refunds.
When ordering an item from the Forma Store, review the “Cancellation and Refunds” information for the individual vendor.
Canceling an order
If you’d like to cancel an order, please contact Forma Support at support@joinforma.com as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel the order before it’s fulfilled but it is not guaranteed.
Canceling a subscription
If you’d like to cancel a subscription, please note that cancellation is subject to the vendor’s cancellation policy. You can request to cancel a subscription from your Forma account by logging in, selecting “Order history” from the top right corner, then selecting “Subscriptions”. Find the subscription and click “Cancel”.
Returning a product
Orders placed through the Forma Store can’t be returned. If there is an issue with the order, please reach out to the Forma Support team at support@joinforma.com.
