Some employers allow employees to use their Limited-purpose FSA (LPFSA) funds to submit medical expenses after their HDHP deductible is met. This is called a post-deductible FSA.
Please confirm with your employer if this is allowed under your benefit plan.
Once you’ve met your HDHP deductible and confirmed with your employer that the post-deductible FSA is available, upload proof that the deductible has been met when filing a claim for reimbursement. Please follow the same process with each claim submission for medical expenses using LPFSA funds.
Note that medical expenses can only be reimbursed through the manual claims process. Any non-dental or vision card transactions will still be rejected.
