Some employers allow employees to use their Limited-purpose FSA (LPFSA) funds to submit medical expenses after their HDHP deductible is met. This is called a post-deductible FSA.
Please confirm with your employer if this is allowed under your benefit plan.
Once you’ve met your HDHP deductible and confirmed with your employer that the post-deductible FSA is available, reach out to Forma Support at support@joinforma.com and provide an explanation of benefits (EOB) or other documentation as proof that your deductible has been met. The Forma team will then verify the provided information and confirm whether or not you’re eligible for post-deductible FSA.
Note that medical expenses can only be reimbursed through the manual claims process. Any non-dental or vision card transactions will still be rejected.
