Claims are reviewed within 2-3 business days after they’re submitted. You can check the status of your claims on the “Claims” page in your Forma account. (Select “Claims” from the top navigation bar.)
Claim statuses
Pending
The claim is being reviewed. Claims are usually pending for 2-3 business days after being submitted.
Approved
The claim has been approved and will be reimbursed via direct deposit to your linked bank account 5-7 business days after the claim is approved.
Rejected
The claim has been rejected by the claim review team. Go to the claim details page to learn why it was rejected.
In Progress
When an expense is submitted that’s larger than the available balance in your benefit, you’ll first be reimbursed the available balance in your account, then Forma will pull from your available balance each month on the date of approval to pay toward this claim until the amount is paid off in full.
Overpaid
If a reimbursed claim is later determined to be ineligible, it will be marked as overpaid and you’ll owe the reimbursed amount back to your account.

Reimbursed
When an approved claim is reimbursed, the claim will be marked as reimbursed.
Completed
When an in progress claim is fully reimbursed, the claim will be marked as completed.
