Claims are reviewed within 2-3 business days after they’re submitted. You can check the status of your claims on the “Claims” page in your Forma account. (Select “Claims” from the top navigation bar.)
The claim is being reviewed. Claims are usually pending for 2-3 business days after being submitted.
The claim has been approved and will be reimbursed via direct deposit to your linked bank account 5-7 business days after the claim is approved.
The claim has been rejected by the claim review team. Go to the claim details page to learn why it was rejected.
When an expense is submitted that’s larger than the available balance in your benefit, you’ll first be reimbursed the available balance in your account, then Forma will pull from your available balance whenever new funds are added to your account (through payroll or rollover) to pay toward this claim until the amount is paid off in full. See What does an "In Progress" claim mean? for more information.
If a reimbursed claim is later determined to be ineligible, it will be marked as overpaid and you’ll owe the reimbursed amount back to your account.
For more information, refer to the article What is a balance due and how to offset it?
When an approved claim is reimbursed, the claim will be marked as reimbursed. This status also appears when a claim is approved but used to offset a balance due. In this case you will not be reimbursed but will see this status displayed.
When an in progress claim is fully reimbursed, the claim will be marked as completed.
