You will be staying with WealthCare Participant Portal (WCP).
WealthCare Participant Portal (WCP) is a portal that you will be accessing for functions like viewing HSA investment allocation, managing alerts...etc.
You will need to create your own set of log-ins by going through the registration process.

How to register an account?
Please follow the steps below to register an account for WealthCare Participant Portal where you can continuously manage your HSA account.

Register the account HERE.
Step1: Let's get you registered - please provide the information below.
*Debit Card: Your Forma Benefits Card number. You can check "I don't have a debit card" if it is not applicable.
Step 2: Receive a verification code.
Step 2-1: Receive the verification email, Subject: Forma Inc. Confirmation Code. Enter the code, and proceed to Step 3.
Step2-2: If you lose the access to the email on file, select "I cannot receive a verification code" in Step 2.
You will be prompted to enter Employer ID and Employee ID to move forward to Step 3.
*Ask for the Employer ID (TWIXXX) and Employee ID from our Member Experience Team.
Step 3: Create a user name, email and password for your account.
*This is where you update your personal email to replace your email we have on file.
Step 4: Set your Secure Authentication Questions.
*You will be asked with these questions if you forget your password
Step 5: Confirm Email
Step 6: Confirm your Security Questions.
2. Done!
You are now accessible to your HSA account!
