There are three ways to spend your pre-tax benefits money:
Pay out-of-pocket and file a claim for reimbursement
You can file a claim for purchases made out-of-pocket to be reimbursed from your pre-tax account.
You’ll be reimbursed via direct deposit 2-5 business days after your claim is approved to the personal bank account you’ve linked to Forma.
Use your Pre-tax Forma Card in-store
The Pre-tax Forma Card can be used at any eligible merchant to purchase pre-tax eligible items.
Buy directly from pre-tax stores online
Log in to Forma, select Benefits from the top navigation bar, choose either your FSA or HSA, then click the “Manage FSA/HSA” dropdown, then select “Go to FSA/HSA store”
The stores listed are third-party vendors who carry eligible FSA/HSA products. Once directed to a specific store, you would handle transactions with the vendor directly, using your Pre-tax Forma Card or personal card at checkout.
