One Medical Membership is not eligible under your FSA/HSA accounts.
You can pay for a wide range of IRS-qualified medical expenses with your HSA/FSA, including many that aren't typically fully covered by health insurance plans. This includes office visits, prescriptions, and travel vaccines.
The Annual Membership of OneMedical covers costs associated with access to the Life Healthcare proprietary technology platform, which includes such benefits as online appointment booking and online prescription renewal requests.
However, the Annual Membership Fee is not a prerequisite for receiving medical care in One Medical office. Per IRS, membership fee occurs whether medical services are performed or not, and this fee is not eligible for reimbursement through consumer-driven healthcare accounts.
The same rule applies to other concierge doctors' membership fee, but there out-of-pocket expenses after you receive medical care would be covered by your FSA/HSA, for example, office visits, prescriptions, and medical practices.
Please note that for a gym membership, it would be eligible with an approved Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) on file for a medical condition that requires exercise at a gym.
