To add the Forma Card to your mobile wallet on iOS, please follow the steps below:

2. Select the "+" button in the top right corner to add a card to your mobile wallet.

3. Under Card Type, select Credit or Debit Card.

4. Enter the card details as shown on your Forma Virtual Card. You can find this by navigating to the Wallet Icon in your Forma account.
