The billing address is set during card activation and will be displayed in your wallet, which you can find by clicking on the face icon in the top right corner of your homepage. Select Settings option in the drop down menu, and select the Forma Card option on the left side of the page. Then click on the Card Settings tab. This is where you can view your billing and mailing addresses.

If you would like to change the billing address, you can do so by clicking on the "Edit" button below the Billing and Mailing addresses.
