Each merchant in the Forma Store has their own policy on refunds and returns. Please be sure to review the order page for each product for the detailed policy before checking out.
Cancelling an order
If you'd like to cancel an order, please reach out to our Member Experience Team as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel the order before it's fulfilled, although this cannot be guaranteed.
Cancelling a subscription
If you'd like to cancel a subscription, please be aware that the cancellation is subject to the vendor's cancellation policy. You are able to request the cancellation of your subscription via the Forma Portal. Please go to your Forma Member Portal → select History from the dropdown menu in the upper right hand corner → Subscriptions, select the subscription and click on "Cancel".
Returning a product
Orders placed through the Forma Store cannot be returned. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to our Member Experience Team.
