A subscription is a product or service that you must pay a monthly fee to access. Common providers in Forma Store that feature a subscription model include:

Billing:
When you purchase a subscription, we will apply your available spending account dollars/points first and then charge any residual balance to your default backup payment method.
Subscription billing information is found on the subscription's page in the Forma Store and on the checkout page. The billing cycle information for each offer is listed in the FAQs section on the offer page.
Note: Billing cycles vary from offer to offer, so please read the details carefully before purchasing a subscription.
Changes and Cancellations:
To cancel your subscription, follow the steps below:

Select the profile icon in the upper right corner of your Forma Portal and click "History"

On the left, select "Subscriptions"

Select the subscription you would like to cancel

Click "Cancel Membership"

You will receive a cancellation confirmation email with the last date of your subscription.
