Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments are electronic payments that reimburse you directly to your checking account. There are two ways you can link your Bank Accounts as your reimbursement method.
Instantly Link

Start by going to Settings > Linked Accounts > Reimbursement. And click "Enroll".

Click Link My Bank, Continue, then Instant and select your bank account and enter your credentials to link your account.

Your bank account will ask you to verify your identity. You'll receive a small amount of deposit in your bank account. Enter that amount to verify your identity.

You’re all set! Your Bank Account is now connected. You can edit your Payment or Direct Deposit information at any time in this section.
Manually Link
If you attempted to set up a direct deposit but your bank or credit union was not a verified option through Plaid– this is a great alternative to automatically receive your direct deposit to your checking account.

Start by going to Settings > Linked Accounts > Reimbursement. And click "Enroll".

Click Link My Bank, Continue, then Manual.

Important Note: Now that your bank account has been set up, we will initiate the transfer of reimbursements to your bank account every Sunday and Wednesday for the approved claims. These funds can take up to 3-5 days to deposit.
