To make changes to your bank account or personal card linked to Forma, log in to your Forma account, select your name on the top right corner, select “View or edit profile”, then select Linked accounts.”
Under “Reimbursement” you can remove the linked bank account you have set up for direct deposit.
Under “Payment” you can add another card or remove the card you have set up as a backup payment method.
Below is a list of countries where the backup payment method functionality is currently available. Forma will continue to add new countries in the future.
