Welcome to Forma! We're excited to help you pick and choose the benefits that matter to you. In this article, we'll show you the basic functions of your Forma account.
Check My Balance
To check the balance in your account, navigate to the Accounts located in the main menu at the top of the screen.
Once selected, you can see the list of benefits available to you. When selecting a specific wallet from the page, you can see the account balance, renewal information, and more.
***You may see the amount being displayed in your local currency or points. The point system, if displayed, is a custom system that your company has set up. Please refer to your program policy for details.

***Please note that one or more spending methods may be unavailable based on your company's program policy.
Forma Store
All vendors in the Forma Store are considered eligible under your program policy and the eligibility is verified automatically. Eligibility of certain vendors may vary by wallet. You do not need to submit a claim for reimbursement when placing an order through the Forma Store.
Twic/Forma Card
You may also apply for the Twic/Forma Card directly in your account. Forma offers both virtual and physical card options, and you may request one or both. The card allows you to pay for eligible expenses anywhere a credit card is accepted. You do not need to submit a claim for reimbursement when a transaction is approved and verified through the Twic/Forma Card.
***If a Twic/Forma card transaction is declined, it may be due to the inability to verify eligibility at point of sale. Please reach out to our Member Experience Team to assist.
Reimbursement Claim
If you choose to pay out of pocket for an eligible expense, make sure to retain the receipt and submit a reimbursement claim, which will be reviewed within 2-3 days and deposited into your paycheck directly, or via direct deposit. Reimbursement method and schedule varies by company, please see your program policy for details.

When logged in to your Forma account, you'll notice a circular button hovering in the lower right hand corner of the screen. Click on the button to bring up a list of options.
